Who is Cengrid for?
Cengrid is a multiplayer AI workspace for the whole company: marketing, sales, operations, engineering and more. An AI teammate connected to your tools joins people in shared Rooms, combining company knowledge and shaping work together. Personal workspaces, model choice and organisation-wide governance give each team flexibility and control.
How does Cengrid connect to our tools?
Your organisation centrally configures connections to the services your teams use, such as analytics, customer systems, documents and project tools. Connections can be available across the organisation or within a particular Room. Cengrid works with the tools and data that have been connected and authorised for that workspace.
Why work together in a Room?
A Room gives your team and AI a shared conversation with its own files, memory and tools. People can contribute expertise, ask follow-up questions and refine outputs together. The discussion and working context stay with the Room, so teammates can catch up and continue the work.
How are personal and shared workspaces different?
Your personal workspace has its own memory, files, skills and tools. A shared room has a separate set of context and permissions for that team. Your organisation’s admin configures rooms and access.
Where can we use it?
Cengrid works in Slack, Google Chat and the web app. Microsoft Teams support is coming soon. Your personal identity and configuration carry across supported platforms. Shared rooms are configured for each platform; Slack and Google Chat room histories can be viewed from the web.
Do we have to use one model provider?
No. Bring your own models and choose the providers that work for your team. Cengrid is designed to support model choice rather than tie your organisation to one provider’s ecosystem. You can also combine different models in a multi-model pipeline.
What is a multi-model pipeline?
A workflow that uses different AI models for different stages of a task. For example, one model can research, another can draft, and another can review. Your organisation decides which models are available.
How does governance work?
Admins configure available models, tool access, workspace permissions, security posture and command approvals. Organisation-wide model spend limits and audit records help teams manage AI use. These controls apply to how the team works, whether in personal workspaces or shared rooms.
Can Cengrid do more than answer questions?
Yes. Cengrid can work with files and connected tools, build internal web apps, work in code repositories and run scheduled tasks. What it can do depends on the tools, access and security settings your organisation configures.
Can I try Cengrid now?
Cengrid is still in development. We’re collecting interest from businesses for an early trial. Register your interest and tell us about your team; we’ll reach out about trial availability and next steps.
What happens after I register?
We’ll review your organisation, team size and tools to understand how Cengrid could fit your business. Then we’ll contact you at the email address you provided to discuss early trial opportunities. Registering interest doesn’t create an app account or grant immediate access.
